FULL REPRESENTATION
When you hire an attorney to represent you for your case, the attorney handles all the aspects of that case. From the initial consultation to the final hearing the attorney provides comprehensive services to deal with the client's problems. The attorney represents the client at every hearing and prepares the necessary paperwork for those hearings. The attorney completes discovery in accordance with your particular circumstances and provides you with continuing legal support and advice as issues arise in your particular case. Unlike with unbundled services, the attorney is cognizant of deadlines imposed by the court that, if not complied with, can undermine your entire case. Throughout the process an attorney continually analyzes your position and makes decisions in the representation in support of your desired results. Full representation does not mean expensive representation. While some attorneys will increase their clients legal fees by supporting unrealistic expectations, I choose a more realistic approach which focuses on reasonable and fair solutions geared to the parties reaching an agreement. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, I will zealously represent your interests throughout my representation to the conclusion of a final contested hearing on the issues in your case.
