To make an appointment to meet with Attorney Bennett, please complete and send the appointment request form below, in the comment section please specify the day of week or time of day that is most convenient. Some day and evening appointments are available upon request. Please note that there is a consultation fee for the appointment of $175.00 per hour, with a minimum one hour fee. You are required to bring with you court documents and ask that you provide us with payment at the beginning of your appointment. We accept cash, money order, Master Card or Visa for the initial consultation, we can only accept personal checks from clients at this time.
